We are using ASG Desktop 2017. Some of our users are getting prompted for their password when RDP'ing in to a Windows Server.
I checked and their settings are the same as mine:
- They have created private credentials, complete with password, and NOT checked require password
- The folder credential settings that has the connection objects has no default, no inherited, and their private credentials under personal
If they right click an object in the folder, select connect as and use their private credentials, they connect without password prompt. So it appears their private credentials are working.
If they double click or right click/connect they get prompted for a password.
The credential settings on the object mirrors the folder setting - no default, no inherited and the personal reflects their private credentials.
Any suggestions on how we can fix it so they do not get prompted for a password?
