License Key Problems

We purchased new licenses with one year maintenance that expires in April 2016. However, the license key file we have is failing for new installs of version 2015 and 2016 warns that our license will not work. What do we need to do to get an appropriate new license key file?

Hi, I just checked your ordernumber and see your order. Everything seems to be correct. But I wonder if you used the new licensefile that you have to download in your account ? The old keyfile is not valid for the new versions of ASG-RD - you have to use the new xml-file available in your shop-account. After login just click on "My Account" ( just to make the download option more visible") and then on "Download" - or number (5) on the right side. There you should see all available Files for your purchases. You should see that file "LicenseFile_213104541.xml" for download , do you ?
