Cannot login the visionapp 2016

Hi all,

One of my colleagues cannot login the visionapp 2016, here is the error message "Unhandled Exception" see the attachment, we have two database connections, he can login the other one successfully, all other users don't have the issue like him.

Could some support man support this? Thank you in advance!

Can you please check if there are any details in "Application Event Log"? Can the user continue afterwards? If yes, please try "Tools=>Reset user layout" - another idea would be to delete rename "profile.xml" to see if any setting there could affect this... (%AppData%\Roaming\ASG-RemoteDesktop\9.0\profile.xml)
