Move database to new SQL

We are running latest ASG Remote Desktop 2016 and would like to move database, we tried backup+restore, but it seems like user information is not included when done from SQL Management Studio.

How do we get this info copied?

If you use Backup from SQL Studio and restore on another SQL server - the database is exactly the same as before - nothing should be lost...

If you mean user permissions in SQL server - this could be - then you have to manually add this information on the new server
