Shutdown Windows 10 takes long

We have a problem with shutting down Windows 10 machines with ASG-Remote desktop installed on it.
When shutting down after using ASG Remote (and closed the application normaly), shutting down takes almost 2 minutes!
When we shutdown the machine without using ASG it takes 25 sec.

Please help!

Never heard of this problem - how do you use the app? Local file mode or database mode? Is there any process open if you close ASG-RD? Normally there should be nothing left if the application is closed... so I don't see any reason why ASG-RD should take time on shutting down your systems...
