AWS (Amazon Web Services) RDP info

I'm looking for screenshots, help, examples, anything to figure out how to connect this to my AWS instances.  I can rdp with the MS RDP client, however ASG 2016 will not connect.  I get a 

error is attached.  

I do get a Return Code 516.  

If anyone has any help that would be great.

How do you try to connect? Via RD-Gateway? That should work... I do not know what you configure in your rdp-file and what in ASG-RD?!?
