The Requested Session Access is Denied
#1
Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with ASGRD 2017.  When a non admin user attempts to use ASG to remote into a server 2012r2 running the Remote Desktop Services role they receive an error saying "The requested session access is denied".  From the same server in which ASG is installed and configured, the same user can use the native RDP application to remote in without issue.

We have 4 servers running the Remote Desktop Servers role and they all show the same issue when a user attempts to remote in using ASG.

If there is any additional information required please let me know.

Thanks,

Stuart

I read some articles about that error - and it should only appear if you try with option "Connect to console" - that is only allowed for Admins if you have RDS role activated...

Thank you very much! That solved the issue.
