Tab Colors Not Working in ASG-RD 2017

I'm currently running ASG-RD 2017 (10.1.5713.0) and I've noticed the defined tab color no longer shows up for any of my connections.

It doesn't matter if I manually select a color for each connection or use the inherited value from the folder.

I've noticed this behavior since upgrading from 2016 to 2017 sometime back and even with the latest update applied the problem still occurs.

I typically assign tab colors to a folder of hosts based on the environment (e.g. Green = DEV, Yellow = QA, Red = PROD).

Did you check "Settings=>Layout=>Show colored tabs"???

That was the problem; never had that option checked.

Previously I don't recall seeing that option but it may have been in a profile pre-created for me in the past.
