Can't RDP with ASG, but can with just MSTSC

I recently built 3 new 2016 servers (VMs) that for some reason I can't remote into when using ASG2017, but I have no problem using the MS RDP/TSC app.
Is this a known issue? Or can I get some pointers on what to look at for troubleshooting?

Any errors? What is not working as expected? Other servers are working? Some more details please...

Warning The remote computer requires Network Level Authentication, which is not enabled in the RDP connection properties. |
