Upgrade Assistance

Hi There,

Does anyone have instructions for upgrading from ASG-RemoteDesktop 2018 - ASGRD2020? 

When I launch the ASG-RemoteDesktop 2018 client on my laptop I see under the Environment menu I see Upgrade of 2012 Environment

The backend Database called ASG_RD_2017 is sitting on a SQL Server 2012.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, not sure if there is any technical documentation for upgrading?

Install version 2020 and run it - then just choose "Environment=>Environment Manager" - Add => Existing Database - set your database connection properties and the database will be checked for an upgrade.

Automatic upgrade is only done if you install next major version - so from 2018 to 2019 or from 2019 to 2020 - but it's only one step to enter your database connection again.
