Internal User Authentication does not work in offline mode

SadHi,
I have an issue with Database Mode and Internal user authentiction.
I login to ASG using Internal User, and the I activate to "automatic save Offline data when endind application in database mode".
At next login I have checkbox to login in Offline mode.
If I check this box, and I fill credential for Internal User, a pop box asking me for OffLine mode will pop-up, and if I click Yes, this box popup again, and again and again, each time I click yes.

I need support on this.
I attach the mssage box popup.
Version 10.1.5713.0
