Expired 30 day trial, now not able to apply license

ASG-RemoteDesktop 2018 30 day trial expired on me.  Help desk was able to provide me with our license file, but when I attempt to import the license file I get a warning;

You software maintenance period is over.  You can't import this license into ASG-RemoteDesktop 2018.   You now can go to the webshop to buy a new license by clicking OK.

What are my options?  Thank you in advance!

what kind of license did you get from which helpdesk ? You mean from the shopprovider Asknet ? Can you send me the license (*.xml) attached to a direct email ? I will check asap and get back to you !
