It would be handy, if you on a Credential could specify the DNS suffix for the domain (that holds the credential), so when you connect to a server 1) via a saved connection - or - 2) via Quick-launch, the DNS suffix specified on the credential is appended to the server-name.
When using Quick-launch it could show the used DNS suffix and let you change it if needed.
This means that you don't have to specify the FQDN of a connection when connecting - or when creating a connection. And if the DNS suffix changes, it can be changed for all connections that uses a specific credential with a single edit.
