Tab Focus order

Somewhat related to http://forum.visionapp.de/showthread.php?tid=2940.

The tab focus is changed when vRD times out connecting to a computer that doesn't respond.

Fx you have 5 tabs open and has tab#5 in focus/active.
If you open a new tab to a computer not responding (with errors being logged to the Status Messages pane) the tab focus will be moved to tab#1 when vRD times out in the connection and the new tab (6) is closed.

Tab focus order should be preserved, so when you close a tab, the focus is shiftet to the tab previously in focus.

Might be a good idea to make it an option, so you can select the behaviour:
- Move focus back to previously active tab
- Move focus to the last tab
- Move focus to the first tab (current behaviour)

(kind of like how Tab Mix Plus for Firefox remembers the MRU tab / tab order)

Could also be an option of opening the new tab in the background (out-of-focus) until it is connected - and THEN shift focus to it.

It might even be useful with an option of opening a connection on the background without setting focus to it, because then you can open many tabs/connections without focus ever leaving the active tab.
