Color in left pane

Would it be possible to add colorization options to the host list in the left pane?

I typically list the hosts as:
Hostname (192.168.1.1)

Allowing custom font color would allow easier identification of key systems. More importantly (in my mind) would be the ability to colorize the IP in a different color.
