#1
1.How to import Private Credential Properties from ASG-Remote Desktop 2012?

2.Can I use my ASG-Remote Desktop 2012 license in 2014?

Thanks.

You can use your license from 2012 version if your maintenance is valid until 06/01/2014

And your settings can be migrated - File=>Upgrade from 2012

What did you do? Create new environment in 2014 and migrate your settings from 2012? Do you use local or database mode? Are the credentials visible but not usable or are there no credentials in 2014?

I use databse mode.
I create a new environment and select "Environment=>Upgrade from 2012".
After upgraded from 2012, all Private Credentials are invisible.

ps: my Credentials are all Private.
Sorry, my English is poor.

I understand - so I have to ask some more questions

Which version do you use? Latest binaries are RC4

Do you use the same login method as in 2014 - e.g. if you used "Domain-Account" login in 2012 you need to so in 2014 too - because the private credentials are mapped to the same user as in 2012 - if you used Internal Username/Pwd you should use the same one in 2014.

Which login type did you use in 2012 / do you use in 2014? Need to know this to retest it myself...
