Refresh does not affect search

Hi,

after adding, removing or changing refresh has no effect on the results shown. Even my own changes will not be reflected in the search before I have restarted the app.

This worked fine in the 2012 version.

Yes, in Patch2 there will be an "Reload" button - we had some performance issues in large environments - Patch2 will be published in a few days
