AD-connection to DB: ASG stops working
#1
I am migrating from ASG Remote Desktop 2012 and I installed Patch2 and Patch3. The upgrade of the 2012 environment went ok.

The database runs on a seperate server and the user that connected to the database during the update is db_owner.
When I login to ASG RD 2015 as an AD-user and connect to the database as the db_owner-user ASG RD 2015 works well.

However: when I login to ASG RD 2015 as an AD-user and 'Use integrated authentication' is checked in the 'Database environment'-window ASG RD 2015 crashes: "ASG-Remote Desktop 2015 has stopped working".
My users connect to the database with their own credentials and they have read-/write-rights.

'Test connection' is successful in both cases.

Any idea how to solve this?

They need at least - Connect and Execute - the whole communication is done by StoredProcs

Thanks, that solves the problem.
The database runs on an MS SQL 2012 server and
the usergroup now has read-, write-, connect- and execute-permissions.
