I've been trying every setting there is, but I can't get the Windows key-combination to work when using quick connect. Using a saved connection works fine.
The only place where I can find this setting, other than on a saved connection, is in Default connection properties.
I found an old thread for this for Patch1 where it was stated that it was going to be looked at for Patch 2. I'm now on Patch 6, and still no go.
I retest it and it works fine - I created a new file environment to ensure no other data is in it - I only edited the default connection properties and select different values in "RDP=>Resources=>Apply windows key combinations" - all values were passed to the RDP control correctly
Hallo, ich möchte gerne wissen mit welchem Tastenbefehl ich die Ansicht zurücksetzen kann, denn irgendwas ist bei mir schiefgelaufen und ich habe das ganze Menu verloren (siehe Screenshot).
Die Umgebung läuft via SQL und wenn ich das richtig sehe, werden alle Einstellungen in der DB gespeichert und nicht lokal?
Was kann ich tun?
PS: Ich war doch etwas überrascht das man via Telefon und Email kein Support für den RemoteDesktop erhällt, warum ist das so?
Der Support über das Forum dient der direkten Kommunikation mit dem Development - bei 95% der Fälle könnten 1st-Level-Support-Mitarbeiter sowieso nicht helfen und der Aufwand wäre einfach übertrieben hoch...
Folgenden SQL-Befehl bitte direkt auf der DB absetzen (der Shortcut ist abhanden gekommen)
DELETE FROM ItemProperties Where ItemId = '1BF121C1-EFC4-4851-9407-D652D3B7C5BF' and RolePropertyId = 'AE7C7018-9DE0-4861-B53C-6D7B8AD8836F' and UserId = (SELECT UserId FROM Users Where Name = '%Name%' and Domain = '%Domain%')
%Name% und %Doamin% ersetzen mit dem Windows-Login - vielleicht einfach vorher mal im Inhalt der Tabelle "Users" schauen, das dort die richtigen Daten verwendet werden - und vorher bitte ein Backup der DB machen - falls damit andere Infos verloren gehen sollten, könnte ein Restore gemacht werden...
