ASG RemoteDesktop 2015 NOT responding

Hello,

I frequently have a problem with my ASG RD 2015 session: it turns "not responding". I can not reprocdue this, it just happens. Sometimes with one RDP session, sometimes with several sessions.

   

The only action I can do is kill the app and restart.
I am running Windows 8.1.

Is there anyway to find out the reason why?

It's very difficult to analyse - we use ActiveX-components e.g. for RDP connections - if this ActiveX crashes the whole application is crashing too and we get no response, no error message, nothing...
